Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, so most orders arrive within 8–15 business days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be longer during holidays or because of customs checks and carrier delays.

Multiple items and warehouses
If your order contains more than one item, the items may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes, duties and customs
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. Where they are collected at checkout, they are shown before you pay. Otherwise they may be charged by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Tracking your order
We email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch.

Changing your address or cancelling
Contact us as soon as possible at hictoolsmith@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the address or cancel it. See our Refund Policy for returns.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived 15 business days after your shipping confirmation, or the tracking has not updated for 10 days, email us with your order number. We will check with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy.
