Processing Time

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, so most orders arrive within 8–15 business days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by location, local postal services and seasonal demand.

Multiple items
If your order contains more than one item, the items may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days.

Tracking your order
We email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Delays and exceptions
In some cases delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions or peak-season volume. If your order has not arrived 15 business days after your shipping confirmation, email us with your order number.
